Personal Finance Coach (Part‑time, Remote – Bulgaria)

About the role

Financial Finesse is seeking experienced personal finance coaches to expand its global team. The role focuses on delivering unbiased financial education to employees in Bulgaria through workshops, webinars, and one‑on‑one sessions, while also creating localized content and innovative products.

Key responsibilities

• Review and adapt existing financial content for the Bulgarian market, creating new material where gaps exist.
• Develop new products, services, curricula, and leverage technology to improve existing offerings.
• Research trends, analyze data, and author articles on personal finance topics.
• Facilitate workshops, webcasts, and individual coaching sessions to improve financial habits.
• Contribute strategically to building the team and business presence in Bulgaria.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of Bulgarian financial planning, including money management, debt, investing, retirement, taxes, and estate planning.
• Minimum 10 years of industry experience.
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or European Financial Planner (EFP) certification.
• Fluent in English and Bulgarian.
• Strong communication, public‑speaking, and coaching abilities.
• Initiative, flexibility, and comfort working in a fast‑changing entrepreneurial environment.
