Polish-speaking Customer Care Agent – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Polish‑speaking Customer Care Agent to join myPOS remotely. You will be the first point of contact for merchants, helping them set up accounts, understand payments and resolve issues. The role combines fast‑paced communication across chat, email and phone with a focus on delivering clear, friendly support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to Polish‑speaking merchants via chat, email and phone.
• Own customer issues from first contact to resolution, ensuring follow‑up and closure.
• Explain account details, product features and payment processes in clear Polish.
• Collaborate with internal specialist teams (Payments Operations, Account Verification) to resolve complex cases.
• Gather and share customer feedback to help improve products and the overall experience.

Required profile

• Fluent in Polish and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role such as a call centre or BPO.
• Ability to simplify technical or financial concepts for customers.
• Calm and composed under pressure with a genuine desire to help people.
• Comfort using digital tools and strong attention to detail.
• Interest in fintech, payments or business technology; prior exposure to payment systems or POS solutions is a plus.
