Product Design Manager

About the role

Quickbase is looking for a Manager, Product Design to lead a talented team of product designers. The role reports to the Chief Product Officer and focuses on creating intuitive, accessible, and customer‑centric experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Product Designers through regular feedback, mentoring and career development.
• Guide the design and execution of elegant user experiences that solve meaningful customer problems.
• Incorporate customer empathy, user research, usability testing and data‑driven insights throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering leaders to align design priorities with product strategy and business objectives.
• Establish high standards for interaction design, visual design, accessibility and usability, and evolve Quickbase’s design system.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX or interaction design within SaaS or enterprise software.
• 2+ years of people‑management experience leading product designers.
• Proven track record designing complex, workflow‑oriented enterprise software products.
• Strong communication, coaching and stakeholder‑management skills.
