Production Coordinator

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize daily production activities.
• Plan and monitor production schedules and priorities.
• Allocate tasks and coordinate production teams effectively.
• Monitor workflow, deadlines and production performance.
• Identify potential issues and take timely action.
• Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Quality and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and operational standards.
• Maintain production documentation and reporting.
• Contribute to improving efficiency and optimizing production processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in production coordination, planning or a similar manufacturing role.
• Experience in the food industry or FMCG is a strong advantage.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to coordinate people and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Attention to detail and a practical approach.
• English language skills are an advantage.
