Project Manager

About the role

myPOS is expanding its commercial and operations teams and needs a Project Manager who can deliver measurable business impact. You will lead initiatives that improve how commercial and operational teams work across multiple markets, partnering with Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, Customer Service and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional projects from initiation to delivery, defining clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Commercial, Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, Customer Service and external vendors to ensure successful implementation.
• Analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies and design scalable solutions that boost performance and customer experience.
• Drive process‑improvement and automation initiatives, working with business and technical stakeholders to reduce manual effort.
• Establish project plans, set milestones, manage dependencies and proactively mitigate risks.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, ensuring transparency, accountability and alignment throughout delivery.
• Measure project success through KPIs, implementation reviews and continuous‑improvement cycles.
• Support evaluation and adoption of AI and automation tools that create tangible business value.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of hands‑on project‑management experience with a proven record of delivering operational, commercial or customer impact.
• Demonstrated ability to own outcomes rather than merely coordinate activities.
• Strong stakeholder‑influence skills and ability to drive alignment across diverse teams.
