Retail Store Manager – Lead a Growing Pet Store

About the role

Petmall is expanding its network of specialised pet retail stores across Bulgaria. We are looking for a Retail Store Manager in Sofia who will take full ownership of a store, its team and its commercial results, ensuring a superior shopping experience for pet owners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and motivate the store team to achieve high performance.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience and maintain strong product knowledge.
• Drive sales, meet store targets and execute commercial initiatives.
• Ensure high standards of merchandising, product presentation and stock availability.
• Manage daily operations, schedules and store organization.
• Uphold Petmall’s operational and customer‑service standards.
• Take responsibility for loss prevention, inventory accuracy and stock control.

Required profile

• Strong, positive people leader with a commercial mindset.
• Results‑oriented, comfortable making decisions and taking responsibility.
• Highly organised, operationally disciplined and customer‑focused.
• Experience in retail management or a similar customer‑facing management role.
• Passion for creating a great store environment; pet‑retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
