Sales Development Representative (German)

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Sales Development Representative to join our client’s team in Sofia. You will drive revenue by promoting advertising and promotional solutions to merchants such as restaurants, retail stores, and food shops.

Key responsibilities

• Understand merchant business needs and recommend effective advertising and promotional solutions.
• Manage merchant relationships and oversee advertising campaigns to ensure successful execution and performance.
• Provide proactive assistance and strategic recommendations that drive increased sales and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue targets.
• Monitor campaign performance using dashboards and analytics to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Drive new sales opportunities through proactive outreach, including calls and emails.

Required profile

• Native or fluent German speaker (C1) with C1‑level English, both oral and written.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in sales, advertising or a related field.
• Degree in Business Operations, Business Administration, Business Communication, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Experience working with advertising agencies, pre‑sales environments or outbound sales including cold calling.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Analytical mindset with strong decision‑making capabilities.
