Senior Analyst, Contract Management

About the role

The Senior Analyst, Contract Management will join the Procurement Centre of Excellence in Sofia, supporting the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle for indirect categories. The role works closely with procurement, legal, finance and business stakeholders to ensure contracts are created, executed and maintained in line with corporate governance and commercial strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full contract process for indirect spend, from drafting through execution and renewal.
• Own contract creation and administration, including setting up contract workspaces, completing questionnaires, uploading documentation and tracking approval workflows.
• Coordinate pricing updates and contractual amendments, ensuring changes are accurately reflected in documents and systems.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance and business teams to secure timely approvals and signatures.
• Maintain oversight of contract renewals, expiries and terminations to mitigate risk.
• Support the operationalisation of contracts, aligning implementation with business objectives and risk frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end contract lifecycles for indirect categories.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional teams, including legal, finance and procurement.
• Familiarity with contract governance, renewal management and pricing amendment processes.
