Senior DevOps Engineer (Product Launch Team)

About the role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer on the Product Launch team, you will build and own the infrastructure that powers new iGaming products from day zero to production. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver cloud‑native, highly automated solutions that enable rapid, reliable releases.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and evolve CI/CD pipelines for public‑cloud deployments.
• Own the full infrastructure lifecycle – architecture, provisioning, scaling and optimisation – using Terraform, Packer and Ansible.
• Develop and operate Kubernetes‑based, distributed systems ensuring resilience and fast iteration.
• Set up real‑time data pipelines with Apache Kafka, including cluster management and Kafka Connect.
• Implement observability (logging, monitoring, alerting) to provide immediate insight into system health.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams during early‑stage builds to shape platform decisions.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Packer and Ansible.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins and Microsoft Teams.
• Proven expertise in Apache Kafka (cluster, topics, Connect, Schema Registry).
• Hands‑on experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Deep knowledge of Linux/UNIX operating systems and networking fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
• Familiarity with Change Management and Release Management best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive, analytical mindset.
