Senior Finance Manager

About the role

Locaria, a global multilingual marketing and linguistic services agency, is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead financial operations across shared services, revenue recognition, cash‑flow forecasting and global tax and audit compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee revenue function, ensuring SOX‑compliant revenue recognition, inter‑company balance alignment and support billing calls.
• Implement and maintain accurate cash‑flow forecasting, collaborating with the Stagwell Treasury team for bi‑weekly submissions.
• Manage bank accounts and HMRC obligations, reviewing payments and monitoring tax filing deadlines.
• Drive month‑end close activities, coordinate team catch‑ups and resolve posting issues.
• Lead external audits, statutory reporting and maintain a strong financial control environment.
• Oversee global tax strategy, compliance and risk management, providing guidance on tax‑efficient structures.
• Identify process and system improvements, leveraging automation and AI tools.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing finance team across revenue and tax functions.

Required profile

• Qualified finance professional (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or CFA preferred) with 7+ years of financial analysis and accounting experience.
• Fluent English with proven ability to communicate complex analysis to senior global stakeholders.
• Experience in a client‑service environment, preferably language services or content production.
• Strong curiosity, independent time‑management and attention to detail.
