Senior Project Manager, Professional Services

About the role

Conga is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end implementations of its SaaS solutions for complex enterprise customers. The role blends deep project‑management expertise with AI‑augmented delivery practices to accelerate outcomes and drive customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑lifecycle delivery for 2–4 concurrent enterprise SaaS implementations, from scoping through go‑live and hyper‑care.
• Define and manage project artifacts such as charters, RACI matrices, RAID logs, risk registers and delivery roadmaps.
• Lead executive kick‑offs, cadence calls, steering‑committee updates and quarterly business reviews.
• Manage implementation budgets ranging from €200K to €2M, including forecasting and revenue‑recognition alignment.
• Partner on Statements of Work and Change Orders to ensure scope, billing and invoicing accuracy.
• Leverage AI tools to create and validate requirements documentation, functional designs, user stories and test cases.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, consulting or professional services.
• Proven success leading complex implementations (€500K+) with integrations and organizational change.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to produce executive‑ready documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
