Senior Security Compliance Analyst

About the role

Conduct security assurance and compliance assessments against internal policies, ISO 27001/27002, ISO 27017, ISO 27701 standards and regulatory frameworks such as NIS2. Identify control gaps, drive remediation efforts and strengthen cybersecurity governance across the A1 Group.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate the effectiveness of cyber security controls against internal policies, ISO standards and NIS2.
• Perform security assurance reviews, compliance assessments and gap analyses across systems, processes and business areas.
• Identify control gaps, weaknesses and non‑conformities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with system owners, security teams and business stakeholders to define and drive remediation plans.
• Support internal and external audits, regulatory inspections and assurance activities with documentation and evidence.
• Monitor remediation progress, contribute to reporting, dashboards and metrics.
• Help evolve assurance methodologies, security control frameworks and assessment approaches.
• Promote knowledge sharing and a strong security culture across the A1 Group.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, IT, Business Informatics or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security compliance, IT audit, risk management or security consulting.
• Strong understanding of ISO 27001/27002, ISO 27017, ISO 27701 and related security control frameworks.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as NIS2, DORA, GDPR and other cybersecurity regulations.
• Experience managing security assessments, audit findings and remediation tracking.
• Good analytical, documentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent English.
