Senior Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex software initiatives for our Bluebeam team. You will own end‑to‑end delivery, from inception through production launch and ongoing measurement, while collaborating with engineering leaders and stakeholders across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, resources, dependencies and success metrics.
• Own complex software initiatives through design, implementation, testing, release and stabilisation.
• Partner with stakeholders and engineering leaders to align priorities, navigate technical constraints and make trade‑off decisions.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and drive proactive resolution to keep projects on track.
• Communicate status, risks and key decisions to leadership and other stakeholders.
• Drive release readiness across development, testing, deployment, observability and support planning.
• Establish delivery metrics, identify bottlenecks and lead continuous‑improvement efforts.
• Leverage generative AI and automation tools to improve planning, reporting and team productivity.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience leading complex software projects.
• Hands‑on software development background with experience in programming, scripting, test automation, DevOps or systems engineering.
• Proficiency in at least one language such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C#, PowerShell or Bash.
• Experience with APIs, distributed systems, AWS cloud services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of production observability, reliability and operational readiness.
• Strong Agile and modern software delivery practice knowledge, including Jira, Confluence and GitHub.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field and fluency in English.
