Slovak Speaking Customer Support Representative – Sofia

About the role

We are looking for fluent Slovak speakers to join our customer support team in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role involves providing high‑quality assistance to Slovak‑speaking clients through phone, email and live‑chat in a fast‑growing, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries, complaints and service requests in Slovak via telephone, email and live chat.
• Identify, assess and resolve issues in line with company standards and service level agreements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, services and internal processes to deliver accurate information.
• Log and track interactions and case resolutions using the company’s CRM and ticketing system.
• Collaborate with team leaders, back‑office and technical teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
• Meet or exceed performance targets such as response time, first‑contact resolution and customer satisfaction scores.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Slovak (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport.
• Good working knowledge of English for internal communication and training.
• Previous experience in customer support, contact‑centre or client‑facing roles is advantageous but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with CRM/ticketing tools.
