Software Developer – SCADA & MES (Hybrid, Bulgaria)

About the role

We are looking for a Software Developer to join our international team building SCADA and MES applications. The position is hybrid, based in Chepelare (or Asenovgrad), Bulgaria, and focuses on creating software that automates and optimises production and logistics processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable, maintainable solutions for SCADA/MES platforms.
• Take ownership of features from concept through deployment, applying DevOps practices.
• Work across backend, frontend and IT‑operations to improve the system development life‑cycle.
• Maintain existing codebases, resolve bugs and enhance architecture.
• Collaborate with the SDD team, conduct code reviews and adapt code based on feedback.
• Design and expose APIs used by other teams and customers.

Required profile

• Strong command of English.
• Reliability, team spirit and a structured way of working.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Required skills

• Experience with C#.NET and/or Java.
• Knowledge of relational SQL databases and interface integration.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices.
