Solution Sales Manager

About the role

Huawei Europe is seeking a Solution Sales Manager to promote its photovoltaic and storage products in Bulgaria. The role involves technical proposal preparation, client training, and supporting the sales process for cutting‑edge ICT and energy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce Huawei photovoltaic and storage products and solutions to customers.
• Prepare technical proposals, answer client technical questions, and conduct training for clients and partners.
• Analyze competitors' strategies and operations.
• Execute internal bidding processes and coordinate with R&D, production, and delivery teams.
• Support account managers and service managers in related activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, IT, or Automatic Control Engineering.
• Experience in the photovoltaics or energy storage industry (not mandatory for recent graduates).
• Strong communication skills and willingness to travel for business.
• Good command of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with PVsyst.
• Ability to use AutoCAD.
