About the role

Join TELUS Digital Bulgaria as a Solutions Consultant, providing bilingual support in Estonian and English for a leading global search engine. Based in Sofia, you will work in a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional customer service and helping users maximise their product experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional support for products and services while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Use CRM software and ticketing systems efficiently to address customer needs.
• Engage customers via phone, email and chat, adhering to agreed SLAs.
• Resolve inquiries using the knowledge base and established protocols.
• Meet performance targets for call handling time, first‑call resolution and satisfaction scores.
• Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and enrich the knowledge base.
• Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on product and industry trends.

Required profile

• Fluent in Estonian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to follow structured guides and processes.
• Excellent active listening, problem‑solving and adaptability.
• Self‑motivated with a passion for helping customers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Experience using ticketing systems.
