About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Spanish‑speaking professional to join our B2B Solutions team in Sofia. You will act as the main point of contact for Spanish‑language business clients, delivering high‑quality customer support and consulting services.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for B2B clients, ensuring seamless delivery of specialized customer support solutions.
• Provide expert consultation and troubleshooting to Spanish‑speaking partners, addressing technical and operational inquiries.
• Proactively manage client relationships to maintain high satisfaction and service excellence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine processes and improve the quality of B2B support interactions.
• Analyze client performance data and deliver actionable insights and tailored recommendations.
• Document all client communications and resolutions accurately in the company’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Previous experience in B2B customer support or a similar client‑facing environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and composure under pressure.
• Proactive mindset with a desire to build a long‑term career in a Spanish‑speaking role.
