About the role

Mercier Consultancy Group is looking for a dynamic Spanish‑speaking professional to join its B2B Solutions team in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will serve as a key point of contact for international business clients, delivering high‑quality customer support services while enjoying a vibrant European capital.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for B2B clients, ensuring seamless delivery of specialized customer support solutions.
• Provide expert consultation and troubleshooting to Spanish‑speaking business partners, resolving technical and operational inquiries.
• Proactively manage client relationships to maintain high satisfaction and service excellence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine processes and improve the quality of B2B support interactions.
• Analyze client performance data and deliver actionable insights and tailored recommendations.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all communications and resolutions within the company’s CRM system.
• Participate in regular workshops to stay updated on industry best practices.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Previous experience in B2B customer support or a similar client‑facing environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and composure under pressure.
• Proactive mindset with a desire to build a long‑term career.
