Sr Analyst, Contract Management

About the role

The Senior Analyst in Contract Management will join the Procurement Centre of Excellence to oversee the full contract lifecycle for indirect categories. Working closely with legal, finance and business stakeholders, the role ensures contracts are created, approved, executed and maintained in line with corporate standards and risk frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle for indirect categories, coordinating drafting, approvals, execution and ongoing administration.
• Own contract creation and administration, including setting up contract workspaces, completing questionnaires, uploading documentation and tracking approval workflows.
• Handle contract‑related pricing updates and amendments, ensuring changes are accurately reflected in contracts and aligned with governance processes.
• Coordinate contract extensions, renewals, expiries and terminations in partnership with Legal, Finance and business stakeholders to mitigate risk.
• Maintain and support contract technology solutions, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
