Strategic Partnerships Manager

About the role

Dreamix, a software company founded 20 years ago that delivers Java and web-based software solutions for enterprises worldwide, is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager in Sofia. The role acts as the primary point of contact for clients and drives strategic initiatives in one of three domains: Aviation, Healthcare or Transportation & Logistics. It suits people with an entrepreneurial background, account managers who have led their accounts, or product professionals who have delivered revenue-generating initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client needs and drive product improvements
• Analyse industry trends and competitor offerings to develop innovative solutions for partners
• Act as the main point of contact for existing stakeholders and proactively pursue new opportunities to grow accounts
• Ensure proposed solutions add measurable business value, improving delivery and cutting costs
• Develop and deliver presentations to clients and provide ongoing support aligned to their needs
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on go-to-market strategies for the three domains
• Create pricing strategies and negotiate with end clients
• Partner with the tech team, sharing know-how and providing business context for growth decisions

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management experience in the IT industry
• Business domain knowledge in Aviation, Healthcare or Transportation & Logistics is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field
• Product mindset with experience delivering measurable results and defending budgets
• Proven track record of recognising and capitalising on business opportunities

Required skills

• Strong understanding of software engineering and the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and design through engineering, testing, release and DevOps
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to analyse complex business needs
