Strategy Consultant for AI Training (Remote)

About the role

Join Toloka AI’s Mindrift initiative to shape the next generation of AI systems by translating real consulting engagements into structured learning environments. As a remote, project‑based consultant, you will design realistic consulting scenarios that teach AI high‑level business reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed project scenarios that reflect authentic industry contexts, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous inputs.
• Break down consulting engagements into discrete, AI‑compatible tasks such as market sizing, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions for each task to train and calibrate LLM‑based assessment tools.
• Collaborate with a team of former top‑tier consultants to ensure methodological rigor and relevance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑structuring capabilities.
• Experience designing consulting deliverables and evaluation criteria.
