Supply Chain Enablement Specialist

About the role

The Supply Chain Enablement Specialist will support long‑term supply chain strategies across Cargill's Food Enterprise network. You will monitor integrated business planning KPIs, address capacity challenges, and help decide production locations to meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage stock levels to achieve target inventory and service goals.
• Follow the planning drumbeat, track KPI performance, and take corrective actions to close gaps.
• Develop gap‑coverage plans during inventory shortages.
• Support financial and stock processing, record‑keeping, and related administrative tasks.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff while handling routine problems under supervision.
• Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in supply chain planning or related functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
