Supply Chain Operations Representative – 1 Year Contract

About the role

The Supply Chain Operations Representative will support Cargill's Ag & Trading business by coordinating administrative activities for a set of suppliers, customers, and commodity flows. This 1‑year fixed‑term position focuses on contract execution, planning, and customer service while working closely with local and global supply‑chain teams.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and maintain commodity movement data in the system.
• Monitor contract applications, review daily failures, and follow up on provisional applications.
• Reconcile inventory across plants and third‑party warehouses, identify and resolve stock differences.
• Declare monthly stock levels to insurance in line with corporate policies.
• Settle shipped and applied commodity contracts and issue sales invoices.
• Validate purchase commodity invoices and manage finance exceptions.
• Review service invoices against accruals and purchase orders.
• Enter and monitor service accruals, analyze expense deviations, and report to stakeholders.
• Act as primary contact for supply‑chain management systems and tools.
• Generate regular reports to support supply‑chain processes and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Fluent in English and the local language.
• International trade or shipping experience (preferred).
• Relevant supply‑chain work experience (preferred).
• Strong communication skills (preferred).

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• SAP (experience with supply‑chain modules).
