Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

As a Supply Chain Specialist at Philip Morris Bulgaria, you will support service delivery by managing sales, goods receipt, returns and destruction processes in line with local excise tax legislation and EU TPD directives. You will work closely with distributors, logistics providers and internal teams to ensure compliance and efficient product flow.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the selling process with distributors, issue and collect excise tax documents via the BACIS and CRS systems.
• Manage return processes, issue credit notes and replacement orders in SAP.
• Record arrivals in the First Arrival Warehouse (FAW) in SAP and CRS, and submit EMCS messages according to EU legal requirements.
• Submit and monitor dispatch, arrival, return and deactivation messages through the TPD compliance module and BACIS.
• Monitor and report on product tracking and tracing compliance, escalating issues as needed.
• Oversee warehousing capacity, ensuring product quality, safety and security.
• Control stock availability in tax and regular warehouses and maintain relationships with logistics service providers.
• Track logistics service provider KPIs and support analytical tasks to improve sales channel performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a multinational FMCG environment, preferably with warehousing, sales and distribution.
• Experience handling excisable products and related regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects.
