System Administrator – Microsoft Exchange

About the role

Join PHOENIX's international IT Hub in Sofia as a System Administrator focused on Microsoft Exchange. You will work in a vibrant, knowledge‑sharing environment both onsite and offsite.

Key responsibilities

• Support and further develop highly available platforms for Microsoft Exchange and Exchange Online.
• Handle migration of new branches, including mailbox relocations and user migrations.
• Support and enhance Cisco Secure Email Gateways (formerly Ironport ESA).
• Administer Windows Server 2016, 2019 and 2022 environments.
• Manage complex Active Directory and Group Policy Object structures.
• Perform error analysis and 3rd‑level troubleshooting for Microsoft Exchange and Exchange Online.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or comparable IT training (e.g., IT specialist).
• Experience in an international environment, preferably with external providers.
• Independent, result‑oriented and process‑oriented work style.
• Strong analytical, design and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and consulting skills.
• Proficient written and spoken English.
