Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end‑to‑end recruitment across our GTM, R&D and other functions. You will partner closely with managers and senior leaders to ensure a steady flow of top‑tier talent for current and future business needs. The role focuses on high‑talent density and supports Payhawk’s growth across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers and senior leaders to define, manage and execute the full recruitment process.
• Scope roles with hiring managers and develop sourcing strategies to identify top‑percentile talent.
• Drive a robust, repeatable process for evergreen hires and design tailored recruitment processes for specific needs.
• Identify top talent through advertising, direct sourcing and community engagement.
• Build strong global relationships, share trends and insights, and influence hiring strategy.

Required profile

• Proven end‑to‑end talent acquisition track record, from market mapping to offer management.
• Experience collaborating with high‑performing teams in a fast‑growth, disruptive environment.
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders up to Director level.
• Data‑driven mindset with skill to distill complex hiring data into actionable insights.
• Solution‑oriented approach to complex hiring challenges in competitive regional markets.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Insights and related integrations.
