About the role
We are looking for a Technical Designer/Engineer specialized in façade engineering to create detailed drawings and construction documents for complex building envelopes. You will work closely with multidisciplinary design teams and support international projects from the bidding stage through execution.
Key responsibilities
- Independently produce drawings and construction documents for building façades in line with team standards.
- Provide detailed façade designs during tender and execution phases.
- Develop 2D and 3D layouts to clarify technical aspects and optimise façade solutions.
- Communicate effectively with international partners and collaborate on cross‑border projects.
Required profile
- University degree in building construction, civil engineering or a related field.
- Professional experience in 2D/3D planning, preferably as a façade engineer or in metal construction.
- Strong knowledge of Revit or AutoCAD.
- Native Bulgarian speaker with fluency in English and/or German.
