Technical Project Manager

About the role

Exadel is an AI‑first global tech company seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead delivery across multiple engineering and QA squads. You will coordinate Agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, and ensure timely, high‑quality releases for a mobility platform serving operators, regulators, service providers, and riders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage delivery across four engineering and QA squads, supporting sprint planning, stand‑ups, grooming, retrospectives and other Agile ceremonies.
• Maintain backlog health, estimates, commitments and delivery predictability while tracking metrics such as cycle time, rework, predictability and escaped defects.
• Identify and remove impediments, manage scope changes, dependencies and cross‑team coordination, and provide clear status updates to senior stakeholders.
• Map dependencies, sequence work around critical paths, and coordinate delivery with external partners and stakeholders.
• Leverage AI tools to automate sprint reporting, risk analysis, release notes and delivery monitoring.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Lead or Technical Program Manager roles.
• At least 5 hours overlap with Eastern US working hours.
• Hands‑on experience managing Agile ceremonies and software delivery.
• Experience delivering complex technical projects against external deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to understand API specifications and sequence diagrams.
• Daily experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor.
• Strong written and spoken English.
