Test Engineer

About the role

The Test Engineer will lead the design, development and implementation of cost‑effective testing methods to ensure products meet all applicable specifications. This role supports product development and manufacturing by creating diagnostic processes and testing customer samples.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement testing and troubleshooting methods for all phases of product development and manufacturing.
• Lead testing of diagnostic programs, design test fixtures and equipment, and produce specifications and procedures for new products.
• Coordinate labor, schedules and equipment needed to test and evaluate standard and special devices.
• Ensure testing programs comply with Good Laboratory Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices and/or Good Clinical Practices.
• Set parameters and conduct testing on customer samples.

Required profile

• University degree (Bachelors) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Team player able to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple competing tasks.
• Strong oral, written and presentation communication skills.
• Excellent organization, planning and time‑management abilities.
• High ethical standards, integrity and accountability.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Effective interpersonal and collaboration skills with internal teams, suppliers and external customers.
