Training Specialist – Learning & Development

About the role

The Training Specialist supports employee skill development and ensures training compliance across the site. You will design and deliver workshops, manage the Learning Management System (LMS), and create documentation for all training activities.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with production, engineering, logistics and other site teams to identify and prioritize local training needs.
• Develop and implement personnel development programs, workshops and seminars.
• Administer the site’s Learning Management System, including record keeping, course assignments and reporting.
• Manage translation of training materials between requestors and external translation providers.
• Maintain training documentation, ticketing system administration, and ensure compliance with internal standards.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in training, learning and development.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational talent and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a professional appearance.
• Independent working style with a collaborative team mindset.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS).
