Transformation Project Manager / Senior Scrum Master

About the role

We are looking for a Transformation Project Manager / Senior Scrum Master to drive the delivery of complex, cross‑functional initiatives for a global digital health SaaS platform. The role will facilitate Agile delivery across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable value for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support delivery activities of DevOps and Architecture teams responsible for cloud infrastructure and operations supporting SaaS solutions.
• Develop and establish processes to ensure effective work completion and continuous improvement.
• Lead teams in adopting Agile methods and best Scrum practices, optimizing workflows.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with management.
• Communicate project expectations, status, and impact of changes to stakeholders.
• Build and grow relationships with stakeholders and team members, removing blockers and coaching on impediment removal.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Proven track record in driving Agile transformations and establishing delivery processes.
• Experience managing Operations team Jira boards, focusing on Run‑the‑Business activities.
• Strong ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
