Warehouse Operator – Materials Flow & Shipping

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our growing team and support inbound and outbound material flow, acceptance, arrangement, and consignment of goods and materials.

Key responsibilities

• Receive new deliveries from suppliers and couriers and verify delivery documents.
• Prepare components for partners and assemble shipments, including collection and packaging.
• Verify all required documents are available before dispatch.
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
• Participate in regular inventory counts.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• Intermediate level of English.
• 1‑2 years of warehouse experience (advantage).
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems or ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365) (advantage).
• Result‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
