About the role

Divine Energy Services is seeking experienced Winch Truck Drivers to join our transportation team. In this position you will operate winch‑equipped trucks to move heavy loads safely and efficiently, while maintaining high standards of communication and punctuality.

Key responsibilities

• Operate winch trucks to load, haul, and unload heavy equipment.
• Pull and secure trailers in compliance with safety regulations.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch and customers.
• Adhere to scheduled routes and delivery timelines.
• Ensure compliance with all traffic and safety laws.
• Perform basic maintenance and report any mechanical issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of winch truck driving experience.
• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Ability to perform physical labor and work independently.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
• Punctuality and commitment to core company values.
