Account Manager – Food Platform

About the role

Join Bolt Food’s fast‑growing team in Bulgaria as an Account Manager. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with restaurant partners, driving campaigns that boost orders, and contributing to the overall growth of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, organise and negotiate eater‑facing campaigns to increase Bolt Food orders and revenue.
• Analyse performance metrics, extract insights and recommend improvements for partner success.
• Forecast growth, track achievement of business goals and refine operational strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales & Partners Operations to activate new restaurants smoothly.
• Lead renegotiations of contract terms, including commission rates and campaign plans.
• Work cross‑functionally with Campaigns, Partner Operations, Customer Service and Courier Operations to drive business growth.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in account management, consulting, business development or a similar client‑facing role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and delivering client success.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Bulgarian and proficient in English.
