Account Manager, German & English

About the role

Nexo is looking for an Account Manager fluent in German and English to serve high‑net‑worth clients worldwide. You will act as the main point of contact, building long‑lasting relationships and driving revenue through our digital‑asset solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of selected high‑net‑worth individuals across the globe, using email, phone and Telegram to maintain strong relationships.
• Understand client needs and match them with Nexo’s product suite to maximise revenue per account.
• Keep up‑to‑date knowledge of Nexo’s offerings, market conditions and competitor products.
• Record all client interactions and updates accurately in Salesforce for reporting and analysis.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in sales or account management within fintech or financial services.
• Proven ability to build and sustain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Strong ownership mindset, self‑driven and capable of delivering results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and German, with the ability to adapt style to different audiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM for managing client data and activity logs.
• Familiarity with digital‑asset products and the broader decentralized finance ecosystem (bonus).
