Account Manager, Italian & English

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager who will manage a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients worldwide, building strong, long‑lasting relationships through email, phone and Telegram. You will drive revenue by matching client needs with Nexo’s digital‑asset products and services while maintaining up‑to‑date records in Salesforce.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts of selected high‑net‑worth individuals across the globe.
• Build and maintain relationships using email, phone and Telegram.
• Maximize revenue by understanding client needs and offering appropriate Nexo products.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of Nexo’s product portfolio, market conditions and competitors.
• Keep Salesforce records accurate and up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of sales or account management experience in fintech or financial services.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end account processes.
• Excellent English and Italian communication skills.
• Self‑driven and able to deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for digital assets and knowledge of decentralized finance is a plus.
