Account Manager

About the role

Hilti is looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to become a strategic partner for customers in the construction sector. You will act as the main point of contact, helping clients improve productivity, safety and sustainability through Hilti’s innovative products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and manage the full sales process on construction sites, offices and production plants.
• Present Hilti’s latest tools, software solutions and customized services to customers.
• Build trust‑based relationships and advise clients on the best solutions for their projects.
• Collaborate with sales experts, project managers and multinational companies to grow your portfolio.
• Maintain a high level of field activity, testing yourself in a dynamic, ever‑evolving environment.

Required profile

• University degree (Hilti values potential and attitude over formal credentials).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in sales and a proactive, ambitious mindset.
• Ability to set clear goals and drive them to completion.
• Good knowledge of English and a valid category B driver’s licence for at least one year.
