After-Sales Service Engineer – Energy Storage (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an After‑Sales Service Engineer specialized in energy storage systems. The position is fully remote, but you will travel to project sites to support installation, commissioning and maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site installation guidance and commission energy storage products, including EMS and PCS.
• Diagnose and repair faults to restore normal operation promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance and performance optimisation of operating power stations.
• Manage spare‑parts receipt, inventory checks, ledger records and report material shortages.
• Organise technical training and operational guidance for customers and third‑party service providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Power Electronics, New Energy or related fields.
• 2–3 years of on‑site service experience in photovoltaic, wind power, energy storage or other power‑related fields; experience with large‑scale energy storage projects is a plus.
• Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) and able to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and system topology diagrams.
• Holder of high‑voltage and/or low‑voltage electrician operation certificates required by the target market, or equivalent qualifications meeting local regulations.
• Willingness to travel between cities or countries within the assigned market region.
