Android Developer

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Android developer to help us evolve our mobile application used by thousands of clients daily. While most new code is written in Kotlin, some legacy Java components still need attention.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance and refine the mobile trading Android platform, incorporating Jetpack Compose and Kotlin flows into existing features.
• Collaboratively architect and deploy innovative features using Kotlin.
• Participate in code reviews, refinement sessions, and weekly engineering meetings to solve code‑base challenges.
• Engage with product ideas, designers, and fellow developers to turn concepts into reality.
• Lead technical explorations, prototypes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 4+ years of Android development experience.
• Strong mastery of Kotlin and Java.
• Deep understanding of the Android framework, multithreading, and reactive vs. imperative programming.
• Solid knowledge of OOP, data structures, functional programming, and SOLID principles.
• Experience with Android architecture components such as LiveData, ViewModel, and Navigation.
• English level B2 or higher and a technical degree in Computer Science or a related field.
