Area Sales Manager

About the role

The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales and trade marketing activities within the assigned cluster, driving growth in both traditional and modern trade channels.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze regional market dynamics and translate insights into sales and trade marketing actions.
• Develop and implement strategic and operational plans tailored to customers in the area.
• Manage indirect supervision of distributor sales representatives and merchandisers.
• Deliver innovative business solutions and execute local promotional campaigns in Modern Trade.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics or Business Management (preferred).
• 1‑2 years of experience in a similar FMCG sales role.
• Good understanding of traditional and modern trade channels.
• Very good verbal and written English skills.
• Clean driving licence and strong communication abilities.
