Brand Manager – Omnichannel Brands

About the role

We are seeking a Brand Manager for the Purina Pet Care business in Sofia. You will develop and execute brand strategies, analyse market trends, manage product portfolios and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual local brand plans and activity calendars aligned with Zone Europe priorities.
• Identify and drive local innovation projects from proposal through launch.
• Analyse market data, consumer research and category performance to uncover growth opportunities.
• Adapt and implement Zone Europe communication assets, managing integrated campaigns with agencies.
• Build media briefs, plan and optimise 360° campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels.
• Manage PFME investments and the annual marketing calendar, ensuring ROI and compliance.
• Implement e‑business plans, supporting website, CRM, e‑commerce and performance‑marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, factories and regional teams to deliver business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of brand management experience, preferably in pet care.
• Experience with digital channels such as search, CRM and e‑commerce.
• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong project‑management abilities and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Bulgarian, both written and spoken.
