Brand Manager – RX Portfolio (Pharma)

About the role

Sopharma is seeking a Brand Manager for its RX Portfolio to lead the creation and implementation of market strategies for its pharmaceutical products. You will be responsible for positioning, branding and re‑branding initiatives while supporting the medical team with effective marketing tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for assigned brands that align with the overall company direction.
• Translate these strategies into detailed trade‑marketing plans, roadmaps and promotional activities.
• Continuously monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activity within relevant therapeutic areas.
• Highlight product advantages over competitors and communicate these benefits to sales and medical teams.
• Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.
• Set clear brand objectives, guidelines and performance metrics for the product portfolio.
• Plan, organise and launch trade‑marketing actions such as promotions, samplings and merchandising.
• Prepare regular reports on brand performance and market insights.
• Evaluate the efficiency of all marketing activities and optimise based on results.

Required profile

• University degree in Medicine, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Pharmacy or Marketing.
• Minimum 2 years of brand‑management experience, preferably with RX products.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Advanced proficiency with the full MS Office suite.
• Creative mindset with a hands‑on approach to implementation.
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented personality.
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.
• Valid driving licence.
