Bulgarian Training Specialist (BPO) – Varna

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Bulgarian Training Specialist to join a leading international BPO provider in Varna. You will design, deliver and continuously improve training programmes for new hires and existing staff across multiple projects, helping to raise performance and service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and refine Bulgarian‑language training programmes for new and existing employees.
• Collaborate with team leaders, managers and subject‑matter experts to assess needs and create engaging instructional materials.
• Facilitate live and virtual classroom sessions, workshops and one‑on‑one coaching.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, quizzes and feedback, and adjust content accordingly.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Support knowledge sharing, keeping staff up‑to‑date with client processes, systems and regulatory changes.
• Act as a point of contact for trainee support and promote personal and professional growth.
• Contribute ideas to boost employee engagement and foster a strong learning culture.

Required profile

• Fluency in Bulgarian and professional‑level English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience as a Trainer, Training Specialist or L&D professional in a BPO, contact centre or fast‑paced service environment.
• Strong facilitation, presentation and communication abilities.
• Relevant degree or professional certification in Human Resources, Education or Communications is a strong advantage.
