Business Development Representative – AI Legal Platform

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to join our AI‑driven legal platform. You will be the first point of contact with law firms, legal departments and enterprises, helping to expand our customer base across Bulgaria and Central‑Eastern Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in law firms, corporate legal teams and related enterprises.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, phone and other channels.
• Schedule high‑quality product demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track activities in our CRM.
• Gather and share market insights and customer feedback with the team.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth hand‑over of qualified leads.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation or a related role.
• Excellent communication skills in Bulgarian and English.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with strong persistence.
• Ability to quickly understand a product and convey its value.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in AI, legal technology and fast‑moving startup environments.
