Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and hands‑on Chief Marketing Officer to lead and scale our global marketing efforts for Ucha.se and eduboom, mission‑driven EdTech platforms serving students across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Design, own and execute go‑to‑market blueprints for launching eduboom in completely new countries, turning zero brand awareness into revenue‑generating streams.
• Build and scale a full‑funnel global marketing engine (brand, demand, revenue) with scalable lead‑generation and conversion systems.
• Drive acquisition through paid and organic channels, optimizing CAC, conversion rates and pipeline contribution across diverse cultural landscapes.
• Define and evolve local brand positioning, tailoring messaging to student and parent behaviours in each territory.
• Improve international customer retention, upsell and cross‑sell strategies, building lifecycle journeys that increase LTV and reduce churn.

Required profile

• 10+ years of marketing experience, including senior leadership roles such as CMO, VP of Marketing or Head of Growth.
• Proven “zero‑to‑one” track record launching products in foreign markets from scratch and achieving product‑market fit.
• Deep experience with high‑growth SaaS, B2C or B2B digital products, preferably with subscription or freemium models.
• Data‑obsessed mindset with strong understanding of unit economics (CAC, LTV, conversion funnels, payback periods) across regions.
• Excellent English communication skills and experience managing cross‑border teams or localized agency partners.
