Citrix Engineer

About the role

Join DIGITALL as a Citrix Engineer and help maintain a stable, high‑performance desktop environment for a global team of technology experts. You will work with a wide range of Microsoft, Citrix and virtualization technologies to ensure reliable service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide systems administration for Windows 10/11 clients, Office 365 SaaS applications and related desktop tools.
• Troubleshoot software and network incidents in collaboration with ITS client services teams.
• Implement procedure‑based solutions to monitor and support infrastructure components.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in desktop OS platform engineering and support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural team.
• Proven project‑management capabilities and ability to prioritize competing demands.

Required skills

• Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, Webex).
• Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, Group Policy management.
• Citrix CVAD, XenDesktop, XenApp Server, XenServer, VMware ESX.
• Cisco AnyConnect VPN, Palo Alto Prisma.
• VBScript, PowerShell, WMI, ADSI.
• Splunk for log management and dashboard creation.
• SCCM, modern browsers (Edge, Chrome), GPOs.
