Client Communications Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Client Communications Specialist to own end‑to‑end client communications for Perkbox. You will create on‑brand copy, build email campaigns in Braze or HubSpot, and produce creative assets that enhance employee experiences for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own complex client communications from brief to delivery with minimal oversight.
• Write and send clear, engaging, on‑brand messages for product updates, operational notices, announcements, and engagement campaigns.
• Build and distribute communications using platforms such as Braze, HubSpot or similar tools.
• Respond to client requests by delivering tailored communications, content, and assets that support internal engagement.
• Create design assets (email headers, banners, promotional materials) to enhance communications.
• Maintain an organised library of stock assets for quick and consistent fulfilment of client requests.
• Support key clients with high‑quality, tailored communications.
• Collaborate with Client Success and Marketing teams to ensure outputs reflect Perkbox’s brand and client needs.
• Manage multiple briefs simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B or client‑facing communications, preferably within HR Tech, employee benefits or SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated ability to own complex briefs end‑to‑end and produce clear, purposeful copy independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality under tight deadlines.
• Portfolio or samples of written and design work.
• Collaborative mindset and comfortable working across teams and stakeholders.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Braze or HubSpot for email campaign creation.
• Creative design ability using Canva, Adobe or similar tools.
• Excellent written communication skills.

What we offer

• Hybrid working model with at least one day per week in the Plovdiv office.
• Gross annual salary between €25,000 and €26,000.
