About the role

The Coil Winder – Termination role involves assembling and testing coil products according to documented procedures, while maintaining high quality, safety, and cleanliness standards on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble product components using specified tools and equipment following documented procedures.
• Test assembled products to verify functionality and record results per operating standards.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in line with 5S principles.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and lean activities.

Required profile

• Ability to understand and follow basic technical instructions and SOPs.
• Critical thinking to identify gaps and escalate issues.
• Mechanical aptitude for using hand tools and basic equipment safely.
• Effective communication with team members and supervisors.
• Time management to meet scheduled tasks.
