Commercial Supervisor

About the role

As a Commercial Supervisor you will lead a team of around 15 employees, overseeing order management and ensuring seamless service delivery across multiple markets. You will combine hands‑on operational involvement with strategic delegation to drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of approximately 15 employees, handling recruitment, onboarding, performance and development.
• Provide day‑to‑day operational leadership while delegating effectively.
• Oversee order management, quotations and Order‑to‑Invoice activities, meeting KPIs and SLAs.
• Stay actively involved in SAP and related processes, supporting the team in issue resolution.
• Manage relationships with Sales, Production, Warehousing, Supply Chain and Logistics stakeholders.
• Support process transitions, automation, standardisation and digitalisation initiatives.
• Monitor operational performance, customer service and KPIs, taking corrective actions as needed.

Required profile

• 4+ years of supervisory or team‑lead experience, preferably in order management, supply chain or logistics.
• Proven people‑management experience with teams of 10+ members.
• Hands‑on operational background working directly with processes and systems.
• Experience with SAP and a solid understanding of order, customer and commercial processes.
• Background in shared services, near‑shore/BPO or international environments.
• Fluent English and good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365; degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance or related field preferred.
